All warranty claims should be handled directly through Hohm Tech and not the retailer. In the event a product is in need of a warranty claim, follow the steps outlined within “Warranty Center” and resolution will be hassle-free.  Hohm Tech Corporation assumes responsibility for their products and will have product repaired or replaced at the Warranty Center’s sole discretion.  All warranties claims (both domestic and international) are handled by certified technicians in the California repair facility.


Hohm Tech provides a non-transferable warranty to the purchaser of a Hohm Tech product purchased from an authorized Hohm Tech retailer.  This warranty agreement does not cover any accessories used on or in conjunction with the product itself.  Furthermore, the warranty agreement does not cover misuse, user error, tampering, or improper care.  This includes but not limited to: water or liquid damage, any modifications from stock product. Stripped threads, wear to finish, or any physical wear and/or damage is not applicable or covered in the Warranty Agreement.

Hohm Tech Warranty Center does not provide warranty assessment over phone.

You must follow what is outlined here within the Warranty Agreement for Hohm Tech product warranty.

Step 1: Download, fill out, and print the Warranty Form here.


Step 2: Send product, copy of original receipt, & the Warranty Form together to the shipping address located on the Warranty Form. *we advise to use a trackable shipping service for your records. In addition, Hohm Tech is not responsible for any shipping damages that may occur while shipping to our facility. It is important to properly package and protect your product.


Step 3: Allow 2-3 weeks for technicians to diagnose and determine best action. Tracking will be emailed to the designated email address put on the Warranty Form.

NOTICE: As of January 1, 2018, any product not actively sold on www.hohmtech.com, but was manufactured by Hohm Tech, is a product that was originally manufactured between February 1, 2014 and March 1, 2016, and are now void of any extended or continued warranty. All previously manufactured products of Hohm Tech carried their original manufacturer warranty from the date of distribution. If you have an item that you believe was manufactured by Hohm Tech but do not see it available on the Hohm Tech website, please feel free to consult with us for any general questions that may arise. However, if a warranty issue were to arise on a product no longer supported by Hohm Tech, we may refer you to a 3rd party that can better support the end consumer.
