All warranty claims should be handled directly through Hohm Tech and not the retailer. In the event a product is in need of a warranty claim, follow the steps outlined within “Warranty Center”.  Hohm Tech Corporation assumes responsibility for any non-consumable product and will have product repaired or replaced at the Warranty Center’s sole discretion.


** Hohm Tech replaces any cell (battery) model type that has damage or low voltage reading within 500 days of purchase if solely used in a padded and sealed BMS-protected battery pack.  If used in any other application/device, this replacement offer is limited to 100 days from the date of purchase.  This Replacement Program is not applicable to any other product(s), and requires a clear copy of receipt and picture of the application/device or BMS pack to authenticate.


“Low voltage” is defined as a cell not being recognized by a lithium-ion charger OR not recognized by the lithium-ion-powered device which it is installed in.  In either event, follow the warranty process to have resolved.

Hohm Tech provides a non-transferable warranty to the original purchaser of a Hohm Tech product.  This warranty agreement does not cover any accessories used in conjunction with the product itself.  The warranty agreement does not cover misuse, user error, tampering, or improper care.

Hohm Tech Warranty Center does not provide warranty assessment over phone.


You must follow what is outlined here within the Warranty Agreement for Hohm Tech product warranty.

Step 1: Download, fill out, and print the Warranty Form here.


Step 2: Send product, copy of original receipt, & the Warranty Form together to the shipping address located on the Warranty Form. *we advise to use a trackable shipping service for your records. In addition, Hohm Tech is not responsible for any shipping damages that may occur while shipping to our facility. It is important to properly package and protect your product.


Step 3: Allow 2-3 weeks for Hohm Tech assigned team member to diagnose and determine best action. Tracking will be emailed to the designated email address put on the Warranty Form.

NOTICE: As of January 1, 2018, any product not actively sold on www.hohmtech.com, but was made available previously, is a product that was originally manufactured between February 1, 2014 and March 1, 2016, and are now void of any extended or implied warranty. All previous products of Hohm Tech carried their original manufacturer warranty from the date of distribution. However, if a warranty related issue were to arise on a product no longer available by Hohm Tech, contact us as we may be of assistance, or we may refer you to a 3rd party that can better support the end consumer and product concern.
